Dictionary Window

To display or hide the dictionary window, select
Dictionary Window from the View menu, the Bible menu, or
the Home or Bible task pane.
Dictionary Topic List

The dictionary topic list displays a list of each
topic contained in the current Bible dictionary. Type in a topic, or select a
topic in the list using the mouse or cursor keys to display the corresponding
dictionary information.
Note:
You can change the size of the Topic List by dragging the its bottom border up
or down using the mouse. However you might notice that when you restart
BibleSpeak the size is not remembered, and always takes up about half the
height of the screen. This happens if BibleSpeak is displayed as “maximized” or
full screen at the time you exit BibleSpeak. To prevent this from happening,
click on the “Restore Down” button, ,
located in the upper right corner of BibleSpeak before exiting BibleSpeak.
Dictionary Toolbar

Use the Dictionary toolbar to perform the
following actions.
Print
Prints the contents of the Dictionary
window.
Previous/Next
Page
Displays the previous or next page
displayed in the Dictionary window.
Dictionaries
Displays the list of available
dictionaries. Select any dictionary in the list to display its contents. You can
select a new dictionary by clicking on it with the mouse, or by using the cursor
up and down keys. Note that you can resize the dialog containing the list of
dictionaries and you can move it to another location on the screen so that it
does not cover up the Dictionary window.

Note:
You can also display a list of available dictionaries, in the Task pane,
by selecting Dictionaries from the Tasks menu. This has the
advantage that you can see the list of available dictionaries and select a new
dictionary at any time. The disadvantage of selecting dictionaries using the
Task pane is that the current dictionary word or topic may not be
preserved as you switch dictionaries.

To display all verses cited in the
Dictionary click on the “Display Verses Cited in Text” button, . To
display citations found in only a certain portion of the dictionary text, first
