Task Panes

      

Working With Task Panes

Many of the most common and useful BibleSpeak tasks are available on Task Panes which are located on the left side of BibleSpeak. Click on the name of a task, such as “New Bible Window” or “Print Verses for Bible Study”, to perform the task.

Show/Hide Task Pane
To display or hide the Task Pane, select Task Pane from the View menu, or select Display Task Pane from the Tasks menu.

Available Task Panes
There are a number of task panes available. To switch to a different task pane, display the Tasks menu, and then click one of the available task panes. You can also select or change the current task pane by clicking on the task pane drop-down button, located to the right of the tasks pane “home” icon , and then click on a task pane in the resulting drop down list.

Task Groups
Each task pane displays groups of tasks such as “Bible Tools”, “Bible Window Content” and “Bible Window Format”. Click on a group’s title area to hide or show all tasks for the group.

     

Task Pane Toolbar

Use the Task Pane toolbar to perform the following actions.

Back
Shows the previous Task Pane.

Forward
Shows the next Task Pane.

Home
Shows the Home Task Pane.

Other Task Panes

Displays the list of available Task Panes. Click on an item in the resulting drop down list to display that Task Pane.
